New Build Purchase
We have created the Customer Journey below in order to capture the main steps in a New Build Purchase transaction. We hope you find it helpful!

We have received notification from the Sales Office that you have reserved a plot

We will call you to introduce ourselves, briefly discuss your case and take your authority to proceed

We will send you the link to your G:PortL account where you can complete the GPL documentation and detail any information you have about your purchase

We will receive the Legal pack from the developers solicitors which will include Draft Contract, Title and supporting documents

We will submit the relevant searches for your chosen plot

We will review the contract documentation and raise any enquiries specific to the plot which we will share with you in the Report on Title dcoument

We will produce our Report on Title for your review which will include your Contract and any additional relevant documentation

We will receive your Mortgage Offer from your lender and send you a summary of the conditions. We will also include a Mortgage Deed for your signature

Please use the G:PortL payment screen or call us at our office to pay your deposit

We will contact you to discuss exchange

We will call you and confirm once we have exchanged contracts and then pass your file to the completions team to set up for completion

Please sign and return your original Mortgage Deed to us through the post and we will confirm when we have received it

We will send your completion statement which will detail all the costs associated with your case

On the day of completion, transaction monies will be sent to the developers solicitors

We will call you to confirm completion has taken place, clarify any information and request that you provide us with feedback

We will register you as the legal owner with the Land Registry
