Private Remortgage

We work with over 60 high street lenders and have developed a close working relationship with mortgage brokers. We actively seek ways to engage with the broker community in order to improve the service offering to our mutual clients.

Customer Journey

We process remortgage cases for private clients in addition to the work we do for our banking clients. There are a number of variations that arise in a private case file which make the process a little more complex. Variations can include dealing with leasehold properties, handling transfer of equity and removing certain charge or restrictions from the property title.
