Our company values are our guiding principles for the way we interact with our customers, our partners and our people. We encourage and expect each and every member of staff to operate by our shared values, and so they need to believe in them.

As such, our brand values are presented to our people when they first start with us as part of their Induction.

Our Teams

GPL is made up of a series of departments that support our process driven approach to retailing legal services. The process is supported by numerous legal checks and balances in each team to ensure we are managing your transaction correctly and that we are meeting your expectations. Team GPL is made up of the following departments. We all work closely together to ensure we consistently develop and improve our service offering.

Pre Offer Team – the Team that obtain copies of your title documents from the Land Registry.

Mortgage Offer Team – the Team that ensures your mortgage offer is processed and passed on to the relevant Case Handler.

Legal Team –  the Team that ensure the legal process is followed and that the mortgage is completed in-line with the lender and client requirements.

Case Handlers – The Team who have the day to day care and control of your transaction.

Post Completion and Scheduling – The Team of people who ensure all formalities are taken care of after completion and that your title documents are updated.

Sale and Purchase Conveyancers – The people who look after the conveyancing element of your transaction.

Customer Service Team – These people work throughout the process, from making the first welcome call to being available to offer guidance and updates throughout the life of your case.

All of the team above are supported by the GPL Management team and the support functions such as our post room staff, our IT department and our Accounts team.
