Our Customer Contact Team are very well trained in the legal services we provide and the case management system we operate.

Whilst each one of our clients will have a dedicated Case Handler, our Customer Contact Team will be able to provide an update on your case at any given time, detailing the next steps and what we need in order to move your case forward.

They will provide help explaining the GPL process and can explain some of the legal jargon you will come across. The GPL Customer Contact Team work very closely with the Case Handlers to support the customer experience and provide invaluable suggestions on how we can better improve the service we deliver to our customers and partners.
