The Post Completion team’s primary role is to register the new mortgage with the HM Land Registry and ensure the Lender’s interest in the Property is protected until this process is completed. Also the department will deal with any queries or problems regarding the transaction from Lenders, Clients, Management Companies and any other relevant parties.
Once the new mortgage is registered, the case is passed to the Scheduling Department to notify the interested parties and to close our file.
The Scheduling Team are responsible for dealing with the final stage of every case that reaches completion. The Team scrutinise each application that has been registered by the Land Registry to ensure that every detail is correct. This is done by cross-referencing the registration with the physical file and our Case Management system. Only when the Team are satisfied that everything is in order will the case be closed.
